Go & Grow Double or Nothing Campaign Terms and Conditions

1. General Information and Campaign
   1. The Campaign “Double or Nothing” (hereinafter the “Campaign”) is organized by Go & Grow OÜ, registry code 12831506, located at Sõjakooli tn 6, 11316 Tallinn, Estonia (hereinafter “Go & Grow”).
   2. The Campaign will run from August 12, 2026 to October 12, 2026 (hereinafter the “Campaign Period”).
   3. Within the framework of the Campaign, the following prizes (hereinafter the “Prize” or “Prizes”) will be drawn among the Participants who meet the conditions for participation in the Campaign (hereinafter the “Participant”):
      1. A cash prize equal to double the amount of the Participant’s net investment (capped at €5,000) will be awarded to one Winner on August 20;
      2. A cash prize equal to double the amount of the Participant’s net investment (capped at €5,000) will be awarded to one Winner on September 3;
      3. A cash prize equal to double the amount of the Participant’s net investment (capped at €5,000) will be awarded to two Winners on September 15;
      4. A cash prize equal to double the amount of the Participant’s net investment (capped at €5,000) will be awarded to two Winners on September 28;
      5. A cash prize equal to double the amount of the Participant’s net investment (capped at €5,000) will be awarded to two Winners on October 13;
   4. The Campaign’s total Prize pool is up to €40,000, depending on the net investment amounts during the Campaign Period of the Winners. All Winners will be randomly selected by a computer program.
2. Terms and Conditions for Participating in the Campaign
   1. All natural persons automatically participate in the Campaign if they:
      1. Are Go & Grow users and have a valid agreement with Go & Grow under the Terms of Use of Go & Grow  (https://www.goandgrow.eu/en/terms); and
      2. Have made investments into their Go & Grow account during the Campaign Period.
   2. The minimum investment to participate is €1000 per Participant.
   3. The Participant must maintain the invested amount in their Go & Grow account until the relevant Prize draw date to qualify. If the Participant withdraws any amount from their Go & Grow account during the Campaign Period, only the net investment (i.e., total added funds minus withdrawals during the Campaign Period) will be considered when determining the Prize amount.
   4. Employees of Go & Grow (including Bondora Group companies), individuals providing services to Go & Grow under a mandate contract, and family members of the aforementioned persons may make investments that meet the Campaign conditions but will not participate in the prize draws.
3. Prize Draw
   1. Go & Grow will randomly select the winners (hereinafter the “Winner”) from among the Participants.
   2. The Prizes drawn in the Campaign will be announced via email sent to the Participants and on social media (names partially disclosed for privacy).
   3. Go & Grow will personally contact the Winners via the email address they have provided to Go & Grow, no later than seven (7) days after the prize draw. The Prize will be credited to the Winners’ Go & Grow account no later than fourteen (14) days after the Prize draw, with no restrictions on withdrawal.
   4. The Winner is responsible for any tax obligations/liabilities they may incur as a result of receiving or using the Prize.
   5. If the Winner has violated the terms and conditions of the Campaign, provided false information to Go & Grow, or Go & Grow is unable to get in contact with the Winner due to reasons arising from the Winner, Go & Grow may decide to draw a new Winner. In such cases, Go & Grow will not be liable for the initial Winner’s Prize draw or for not receiving the Prize.
   6. The Prize will not be replaced with other prizes. The Winner may waive the right to receive the Prize by notifying Go & Grow via email.
4. Processing of Personal Data
   1. The Participant is aware that Go & Grow processes the Participants’ personal data in the Campaign per Go & Grow Privacy Policy, but only for the purpose of organizing the Campaign and the Prize draw.
5. Miscellaneous
   1. The procedure for conducting the Campaign is established in these Terms and Conditions, which are mandatory for all Participants in the Campaign to follow.
   2. Go & Grow has the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign or to terminate the Campaign prematurely for a good reason. Go & Grow informs the Participants about the above-mentioned circumstances via an email message sent to the Participants.
   3. If there are questions related to the Campaign, including possible complaints, the Campaign Participant may contact Go & Grow using the contact details provided in Clause 1.1 of these Terms and Conditions or write a message via Go & Grow “How can we help?” page. Go & Grow will answer questions and process claims within a maximum of 15 days. The consumer has a right to file a claim with the Consumer Dispute Board (address: Endla 10A, 10122 Tallinn, email: avaldus@komisjon.ee, telephone: +372 620 1707).
   4. All disputes arising from the Campaign will be resolved according to the laws of the Republic of Estonia in the Consumer Dispute Board or per the Go & Grow Terms of Use.
