Go & Grow Bonus Campaign Terms and Conditions

1. General Information and Campaign
   1. The Campaign “Go & Grow Bonus campaign” (hereinafter the “Campaign”) is organized by Go & Grow OÜ, registry code 12831506, located at Sõjakooli tn 6, 11316 Tallinn, Estonia (hereinafter “Go & Grow”).
   2. The Campaign will run from July 20, 2026, to August 19, 2026 (hereinafter the “Campaign Period”).
   3. Participants shall qualify for the additional remuneration (hereinafter the “Campaign Bonus”) if all of the following criteria are met:
      1. The participant holds a registered Go & Grow account.
      2. During the Campaign Period, the participant invests an amount that meets or exceeds one of the two defined tiers (see Section 2).
      3. The funds invested during the Campaign Period are not withdrawn for the period of 90 days following the end of the Campaign Period (hereinafter the “Holding Period ”). The Holding Period begins on August 20, 2026, and ends on November 17, 2026 (inclusive).
2. Campaign Bonus
   1. Participants in the Campaign may qualify for a Campaign bonus based on the total amount of funds invested during the Campaign Period, provided all Campaign conditions are met.
      1. Tier I: If the total invested amount reaches or exceeds 1000 EUR, the participant will receive a Campaign bonus of 18 EUR.
      2. Tier II: If the total invested amount reaches or exceeds 5000 EUR, the participant will receive a Campaign bonus of 80 EUR.
   2. Only one bonus tier will be awarded per participant, based on the highest applicable investment threshold achieved during the Campaign.
3. Eligibility
   1. Only participants who receive the Campaign offer directly from Go & Grow via email, or Go & Grow’s platform on or after July 20, 2026 are eligible to participate.
   2.   Investments made or reinvested before the Campaign Period do not qualify for the Campaign Bonus.
   3. Only funds newly added to the participant’s Go & Grow account during the Campaign Period qualify as an investment for the purpose of the Campaign Bonus. Reinvested amounts (funds already held on the platform) or funds moved within the platform are excluded from Campaign Bonus calculations. 
4. Campaign Bonus payout
   1.  The Campaign Bonus will be credited to eligible participants after the 90-day Holding Period, provided that all terms have been fulfilled.
   2. The Campaign Bonus is paid out within 72 hours by Go & Grow to the participant’s Go & Grow account, once the eligibility criteria and Holding Period requirements have been verified.
   3. The Campaign Bonus amount is inclusive of all applicable taxes. The participant is solely responsible for reporting and covering any tax obligations that may arise in their respective jurisdiction.
5. Processing of Personal Data
   1. The Participant acknowledges that Go & Grow processes participants’ personal data in the Campaign per Go & Grow’s Privacy Policy, but only for the purpose of organizing and administering the Campaign.
6. Miscellaneous
   1. The procedure for conducting the Campaign is established in these terms and conditions, which are mandatory for all participants in the Campaign to follow.
   2. Go & Grow has the right to amend the terms and conditions of the Campaign or to terminate the Campaign prematurely for a good reason. Go & Grow informs the participants about the above-mentioned circumstances via an email message sent to the participants.
   3. If there are questions related to the Campaign, including possible complaints, the Campaign participant may contact Go & Grow using the contact details provided in Clause 1.1 of these terms and conditions or write a message via Go & Grow’s “Help Centre” page. Go & Grow will answer questions and process claims within a maximum of 15 days. The consumer has a right to file a claim with the Consumer Dispute Board (address: Endla 10A, 10122 Tallinn, email: avaldus@komisjon.ee, telephone: +372 620 1707).
   4. All disputes arising from the Campaign will be resolved according to the laws of the Republic of Estonia in the Consumer Dispute Board or per the Go & Grow Terms of Use.
   5. Go & Grow reserves the right to withhold or reclaim the Campaign Bonus where the eligibility conditions are not genuinely met, or in cases of fraud, manipulation or abuse of the Campaign.
   6. These terms and conditions are effective as of July 20, 2026 (Version 1.0).
