Account: “My name has changed. How do I update it on the platform?”<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Contact our support team by filling out this form<\/strong><\/a> on our support site and include a copy of your new ID document that meets the identity verification requirements (found here<\/a>)<\/strong>. An Investor Relations associate will assist you further and update your name on your account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Payments: “Can I make a payment from a bank account outside the EEA?”<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We cannot accept a payment from a bank outside the EEA, Switzerland, or the UK, even if you live in the mentioned areas or are in a supported country. Payments made from a bank from outside the EEA will be rejected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Go & Grow: “I want to invest with Go & Grow Unlimited. How do I create an Unlimited tier?<\/strong>“<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This is a very popular question from July. On the Go & Grow page<\/strong><\/a>, click on the Go & Grow account burger menu, then select ‘Create a new Go & Grow account.’ Follow the next steps on the page to set up the Unlimited tier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Withdrawal: “I made a withdrawal from my Bondora account, but I haven’t received it. What should I do?”<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If it’s been more than 3 business days since you made the withdrawal and you haven’t received it, please contact our support team here<\/strong><\/a>. Your ticket will be forwarded to our Payments team to investigate further and resolve it as quickly as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Company: “I’ve been an investor for X years. Can I get or buy a Bondora hoodie?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Unfortunately, it is not yet possible to purchase official Bondora merchandise. But you can win it! We regularly run campaigns on our social media pages for a chance to win Bondora swag.
