Returns for 2021 were higher than <a href=\"https:\/\/www.goandgrow.eu\/blog\/portfolio-performance-maintaining-course\/\">in September<\/a>. It\u2019s also a solid 6.3% above target. Returns for Spanish originations (0% last month) jumped above their target rate to 6.3%. This is likely due to the relaunching of the Spanish market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Returns for Estonian and Finnish originations were also higher by 0.4% and 0.7%, respectively. Returns for the previous two quarters also rose: 2021 Q2 up by 0.6% and 2021 Q1 up by 0.2%. 2020 Q4 D-rated originations had the most significant jump, increasing by 5.46% to 7.7%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.goandgrow.eu\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/Portfolio-Performance_Finland_October.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.goandgrow.eu\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/Portfolio-Performance_Finland_October-419x1024.png\" alt=\"Finland portfolio performance \u2013 October 2021\" class=\"wp-image-83105\" width=\"210\" height=\"512\" \/><\/a><figcaption><em>Finland portfolio performance \u2013 October 2021<\/em> <em>(Click to enlarge)<\/em> <\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Estonia<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All seven originating categories saw their return rates rise for 2021 Q3 originations:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>A:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; +1.7%<\/li><li>AA:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; +0.9%<\/li><li>B: &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; +1.6%<\/li><li>C: &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; +2.3%<\/li><li>D: &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; +3.0%<\/li><li>E: &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; +3.7%<\/li><li>F: &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; +2.9%<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2021 Q2 originations also performed exceptionally well, with six out of the seven originating categories rising in return rates and all seven categories higher than their target rates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.goandgrow.eu\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/Portfolio-Performance_Estonia_October.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.goandgrow.eu\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/Portfolio-Performance_Estonia_October-388x1024.png\" alt=\"Estonia portfolio performance \u2013 October 2021\" class=\"wp-image-83111\" width=\"194\" height=\"512\" \/><\/a><figcaption><em>Estonia portfolio performance \u2013 October 2021<\/em> <em>(Click to enlarge)<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Spain<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After 0% returns last month, 2021 Q3 Spanish originations were positive. C-rated originations returned 6.7% and HR-rated originations returned 8.0%. Returns for 2021 originations were up 0.4%. The most recent quarter, 2021 Q3, led the charge, with returns growing by 2.3%. Estonian returns were higher across the board for all origination rating categories.
