Referal program: \u201cWhat are the changes to the Refer a Friend program?\u201d<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Our referral program has brought many happy investors to Bondora. And to keep our referral program the best in the business, we\u2019ve made 3 important updates<\/a>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Earn a 5% bonus on your friend\u2019s investment, max \u20ac10,000.<\/strong> The maximum reward you can get per referral is \u20ac500. But, there\u2019s no limit to the number of friends you can refer.<\/li>
  2. Payout after 90 days.<\/strong> You\u2019ll get your reward bonus payout 90 days after the calculation has been made, if all the criteria is met.<\/li>
  3. Clearer Terms and Conditions.<\/strong> We\u2019ve made the rules of the program simpler and clearer. Read the updated Terms and Conditions here<\/a>.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Loans: \u201cWhen will Spanish loans be available again?\u201d<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    At the start of the corona crisis, we decided, as a precaution, to temporarily stop loan originations outside of Estonia. We will re-assess the situation in September to decide if it will support sustainable growth to re-introduce Spanish and Finnish loans to the marketplace again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Credit card payments: \u201cWhy did you stop credit card deposits?\u201d<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Due to the news related to Wirecard we\u2019ve decided to stop all new payment processes with them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    SEPA payments are simple, quick and secure.<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n

    Instead, we\u2019re promoting SEPA instant payments for even easier and simpler payments. Through SEPA, you can make payments to your account within 10 seconds or less, 24\/7. It also uses 2-factor authentication for maximum security.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    We are planning to test out new alternative card payment providers in 2020, but nothing beats SEPA payments when it comes to simplicity, security and speed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Go & Grow: \u201cWill the return rate of up to 6.75%* p.a. change\u00a0if there is a big increase in investors?\u201d<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Currently, we don\u2019t have any plans to change Go & Grow\u2019s rate of return. If we notice a massive increase in\u00a0cash inflow, we would focus on\u00a0temporarily\u00a0limiting the investment\u00a0amounts\u00a0per investor\u00a0by creating a waiting list,\u00a0rather than increasing the volume of loans. It\u2019s very important for continuous sustainable growth that we don\u2019t rapidly increase the number of loan portfolios. So, if we ever get into a situation like this, we\u2019ll rather limit the investments to keep the net return rate stable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \u201cHow long does it take for my payment to arrive?\u201d<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    It takes between 1 to 3 business days for most transfers to reach your account. You\u2019ll then get a notification. You can change these notifications from your dashboard under Manage preferences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
