This is the fifth consecutive month that recoveries are increasing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">60,028 missed payments were recovered over the month, surpassing the 60,000 mark just four months <a href=\"https:\/\/www.goandgrow.eu\/blog\/recoveries-surpass-50000-in-february\/\">after hitting 50,000<\/a>. All the categories saw modest growth, with Bailiff retrievals taking the lead with 5.9%. Estonia and Spain traded places again, with the Baltic state taking the lead with 5.1%\u2014almost doubling last month\u2019s recovery rate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.goandgrow.eu\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/Recovery-perf-count-of-loans-June-2020-1024x978.png\" alt=\"Recovery perf count of loans - June 2020\" class=\"wp-image-35212\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cash recoveries make impressive headway<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The cash recovery growth rate nearly tripled on the month \u2013 impressing with an 8.6% increase from May\u2019s 3.3%. The Default &amp; Court stage remains the stage with the largest increase\u2014up 12.9%. It accounts for 27.8% of the cash flow. After Slovakia\u2019s skyrocketing increase in May (143.1%) it neutralizes again with a 76.9% decrease. \u20ac572,272 was recovered across all the countries, with Estonia (\u20ac271,225) and Finland (\u20ac194,832) having the largest recovered sums.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.goandgrow.eu\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/Recovery-perf-cash-flow-June-2020.png\" alt=\"Recovery perf cash flow June 2020\" class=\"wp-image-35218\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Yearly recovery rate<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The yearly recovery rates showed a strong rebound in April, but have since reverted slightly. Although still small in comparison to the drops we saw in March, the yearly recovery rate for 2020 showed the biggest decrease\u2014dropping with 1.7% to 45.9%. Recoveries for 2017 showed the slightest dip, with 0.4%. 2019\u2019s rates remain the highest, boasting 52%. The seven-year cumulative recovery rate sits comfortably at 41.76%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.goandgrow.eu\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/Recovery-Rate-year-June-2020-1024x749.png\" alt=\"Recovery Rate year June 2020\" class=\"wp-image-35224\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Estonia stands out in recoveries<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In June we saw an overall slight decrease in figures, with the exception of 2020 Estonian recoveries, surging from 25.2% in May, to 30.8% in June. These slight decreases are very natural fluctuations <a href=\"https:\/\/www.goandgrow.eu\/blog\/recoveries-increase-across-all-countries-in-april\/\">compared to April\u2019s<\/a>; creating a sense of optimism for the rest of the quarter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.goandgrow.eu\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/Recovery-Rate-year-country-June-2020-1024x756.png\" alt=\"Recovery Rate year country June 2020\" class=\"wp-image-35230\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2020 recoveries are showing strength<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hitting the 60,000 mark in recovered payments is a welcome milestone during a challenging quarter.
