They say a change is as good as a holiday. And seeing as our holiday plans have been postponed, we\u2019ve decided to make some exciting changes at Bondora!  We\u2019ve updated the dashboard, added a brand new Wallet feature, improved your user experience, and revamped our office. Read on to see how these changes will make your Bondora experience even better<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Out with the old, in with the new<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To simplify your experience, we\u2019ve updated our dashboard to show only key information. We\u2019ve also added a Wallet feature (previously known as \u2018Main account balance\u2019) that shows the total amount available to withdraw.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here\u2019s what\u2019s new:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Key account figures<\/strong>\nare all in one place<\/li>
  • Live return tracker<\/strong> is\nadded<\/li>
  • Wallet<\/strong> (previously\ncalled \u2018Main account balance\u2019). We\u2019ve updated the logic surrounding Wallet to\nmake your experience simpler and more intuitive. You can withdraw the amount in\nWallet straight to your bank account<\/li>
  • All Pending payouts<\/strong> are shown<\/li>
  • The Progress tracker<\/strong> remains in place to\nhelp you visualize your goals<\/li>
  • Transfer\nto Wallet <\/strong>is a new and simple way to liquidate your Go & Grow account. Just click on the burger icon, select Transfer to Wallet,\nand confirm your amount<\/li>
  • Blog articles <\/strong>are\nmoved away from the main view, but you can still find them in the\ntop-right menu of your account<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    This update isn\u2019t live yet, but it\u2019s coming soon!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Changing customer service for the better<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Over the past month our average response time has dramatically improved. And to help you even more, we\u2019re building a new FAQ support site! We\u2019re using machine learning to make finding the right answers to your questions so much easier and faster. Eventually, our aim is to have this helpful site available in the 24 languages our platform currently supports. Watch this space…<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Our new and improved ID verification process also means new investors\u2019 accounts are fully up and running even faster. Less admin, more investing!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Due to recent events it\u2019s been the perfect time to redecorate the office. We\u2019ll give you a full video tour next month, but for now you can enjoy this sneak peek. Even though we can\u2019t go on that trip to Hawaii just yet, at least now we can enjoy the beautiful new d\u00e9cor at our office \ud83d\ude09 We\u2019re super excited to welcome investors to the office again once things return to normal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
