Hi there! I\u2019m Kairi and I joined Bondora<\/a> more than six years ago in 2013 when there were fewer than ten people in the company. Today, Bondora has over 103,000 investors from 85 countries all around the world who\u2019ve invested more than \u20ac343M. The numbers are growing daily.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Starting as an assistant, I\u2019ve worked across several departments within Bondora, and I\u2019m now leading our Investor Associates\u2019 team. 1. Hi, I added money to my Go & Grow today. How do I check if I participate in the Invest 2020 campaign?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Everyone who invests during the Invest 2020 campaign<\/a> period will automatically take part in the prize draw*.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As the campaign ends with January, it is now really the very last time to participate, don\u2019t miss out! The platinum prize is \u20ac12,000 and the winner will be drawn at random on 03\/02\/2020. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. I\u2019ve added money to my Go & Grow and received a notification that it arrived, but I cannot see it?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If you\u2019ve made a bank transfer to your Go & Grow account and you can\u2019t find it there after 3 business days, it\u2019s possible that you made the transfer to your Bondora main account Available funds<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are 2 solutions to solve this:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Solution 1 <\/em>
You can transfer money from your available funds to your Go & Grow account. Simply click the Add money<\/strong> tab from your main menu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step\n1<\/strong>:\nSelect Bondora<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step\n2<\/strong>:\nSelect the Go & Grow account <\/strong>you\nwant to transfer money to<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 3<\/strong>: Enter the amount and confirm. The money will then be transferred to your Go & Grow account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Solution 2 <\/em>
Simply make sure that Auto-transfers to your Go & Grow are enabled <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Auto-transfers are enabled if the button shows green.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

When the auto-transfer feature is enabled, all available funds on your Bondora account and future income received from your cash flow will automatically be transferred to your selected Go & Grow portfolio. If you don\u2019t want to set up the auto-transfer, you can send money to your Go & Grow account by clicking on the \u201cAdd funds\u201c-button in the Go & Grow portfolio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. I can only see Go & Grow on my account. How can I see other products (Portfolio Manager or Portfolio Pro)?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Since Go & Grow has been the most popular product among our investors, it is now set as a default choice for everybody who signs up, but you can easily switch between the products at any time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you currently don’t have the Portfolio Manager or Portfolio Pro tab on your main menu, you can add it from your “Change view” page. Click your name in the upper right corner of the screen and select it. On the views page, go to the “Custom” column and enable the product there, then click “Select” at the top of the column.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
