Today, Bondora has over 93,000 investors (this number is growing\ndaily) from 85 countries all around the world who\u2019ve invested more than \u20ac320M. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Starting as an assistant, I\u2019ve worked across several departments within Bondora, and I\u2019m now leading our Investor Associate\u2019s team. We strive to give first-class customer service to all of our investors. Here\u2019s a little overview of the commonly asked questions during December. Is there a way to predict my Go &amp; Grow profitability over the upcoming years?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sure, for this purpose, we have built a\nprofitability calculator for Go &amp; Grow. What happens if my credit card expires, can I add a new one for my withdrawals?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can top\nup your account using several cards, but it is only possible to withdraw money to\nthe same card that was used for the initial payment. <strong>In case that particular card has expired, we\u2019d need to send money to\nyour associated bank account instead<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Let\u2019s\nillustrate it with an example. You added \u20ac100 from a card xxxx123 and then \u20ac50\nfrom a card xxxx456. Your account is <a href=\"https:\/\/support.goandgrow.eu\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/115005026445-How-do-I-identify-my-account-for-withdrawals-\">fully verified<\/a> (both ID and bank account). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Now, a year later you have decided to withdraw some money from your Bondora account, but your card xxxx123 has expired in the meantime. If you navigate to \u201cWithdraw\u201d section it still shows you an option to withdraw money to the card. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.goandgrow.eu\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-16.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-27336\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As explained above, we always need to send your\nmoney back via the same method and for the amount originally deposited from the\ncard using FIFO (<em>first in first out) <\/em>logic.\nMore info in the Support\nGuide article <a href=\"https:\/\/support.goandgrow.eu\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/360002542057-Why-can-I-only-withdraw-to-my-VISA-Mastercard-\">Why can I only withdraw to my\nVISA\/Mastercard?<\/a>.<em> <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It means that we\u2019d need to send the \u20ac100 back\nfirst (originated from the expired xxxx123), but it cannot be transferred to\nthe other card (in this case, xxxx456). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No worries, you can simply proceed with your withdrawal as normal. We have built a smart system which automatically detects that the card is not in use, the transfer is automatically redirected to your associated bank account and the expired card will be removed from your account. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Can you explain the numbers on my Go &amp; Grow account?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Q: <\/strong><em>I added money to my Go &amp; Grow account I had\nbeen using some time ago. For me it\u2019s not clear why the numbers on my Dashboard\ndon\u2019t reflect that correctly.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Here\u2019s how it works:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To arrive to net values, Go &amp; Grow uses the following formulas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Added = total money added &#8211; total withdrawals<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Gained = current value &#8211; Added &#8211; fees paid**<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.goandgrow.eu\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-17.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-27342\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please note that all historical transactions are taken into account in the calculations, i.e. when you have withdrawn from your Go &amp; Grow in the past (\u20ac1 x n).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>In\ncase you have any further questions, please don\u2019t hesitate to contact us\u2014our\nteam is happy to assist you in any way.
