Can you explain?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"text-align:left\">If you\u2019ve made a deposit to your Bondora account and you can\u2019t see any investments, you might have added the money to your <a href=\"https:\/\/www.goandgrow.eu\/en\/goandgrow\">Go &amp; Grow account<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"text-align:left\">If this is the case, select the Go &amp; Grow tab from your main menu and on the next page, you\u2019ll find all the information about your deposits, returns and your total withdrawable amount. If you want to switch to another product, please read our previous <a href=\"https:\/\/www.goandgrow.eu\/blog\/the-top-5-questions-from-investors-in-august-answered-by-kairi\/\">blog article from August<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.goandgrow.eu\/blog\/the-top-5-questions-from-investors-in-february\/\">Can I change from one product to another, i.e. from Go &amp; Grow to Portfolio Manager or Portfolio Pro?<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"text-align:left\">Still can\u2019t see your money? There may be an issue with your bank \u2013 check your statement or contact your bank to see if the payment has been processed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">I\u2019d like to verify my account, but my ID got rejected &#8211; what shall I do now?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"text-align:left\">If your ID is rejected by our verification team, they\u2019ll send you a message with the reason why they couldn\u2019t accept it and specifically what they need to accept it next time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"text-align:left\">Overall,\nto ensure your ID is accepted the first\ntime, please make sure you submit:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Clear photograph (front and back if using your national ID card) <\/li><li>Color copy<\/li><li>Readable, with no information covered or pieces cut out (also edges of the document should be visible)<\/li><li>Photo is taken with enough natural light, without using flash <\/li><li>Valid document (has not expired)<\/li><li>File uploaded is PDF, GIF, JPG, JPEG, TIFF or PNG format<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">I\u2019m trying to make a withdrawal, but the SMS PIN doesn\u2019t arrive. Why?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"text-align:left\">First &#8211; please check if the number you have registered on your profile is up to date. You can update your personal details from your account settings if needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"text-align:left\">If the number is correct, restart your mobile phone and initiate the withdrawal again. In most cases, it resolves the problem. If you\u2019re still having issues, send us a message at <a href=\"mailto:investor@goandgrow.eu\">investor@goandgrow.eu<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">I\u2019ve been investing for a couple of months now, but my Statistics page is empty for some reason &#8211; can you explain this?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"text-align:left\">This depends on which product are you using and when you started investing with us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em>Go &amp; Grow investors<\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"text-align:left\">You can find all the key figures you need (including a live net return tracker) on your Go &amp; Grow home page. Here, you can also find your Go &amp; Grow tax report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"text-align:left\">For Go &amp; Grow users, the &#8220;Statistics&#8221; and \u201cCashflow\u201d tabs cannot show any further information as they are only relevant for Portfolio Manager and Portfolio Pro investors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em>You are using Portfolio Manager or Portfolio Pro<\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"text-align:left\">We will publish the data for your portfolio 90 days after making your first deposit. Otherwise, it shows N\/D (no data). How can I check the status of the payment?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"text-align:left\">All payments can take up to 3 business days to reach your Bondora account, and it depends on the speed of your bank when processing the payment.
