Earlier this week<\/a> we explained how the management structure has been set up within Bondora.<\/p>\n

Today we will share information on our Supervisory Board.<\/p>\n

SUPERVISORY BOARD STRUCTURE<\/h3>\n

In accordance with Bondora’s articles of association, the Supervisory Board, which oversees the Management Board, currently consists of one chairman and five board members. Details are set out below.<\/p>\n

\nJOAO MONTEIRO<\/a> (CHAIRMAN OF THE SUPERVISORY BOARD)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Joao Monteiro is an international manager with the main focus on business development, strategic repositioning and restructuring of business operations and supply chains. Jo\u00e3o is working for Kuehne+Nagel as Head of New Business Development. Prior to the current position, he has been focusing on organizational development in LSG Sky Chefs, as well as in Roland Berger, the leading European management consulting firm. Jo\u00e3o holds an AMP of the Harvard Business School.<\/p>\n
