As mentioned in our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.goandgrow.eu\/blog\/legal-structure-what-are-we-changing\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">previous blog post<\/a>,\u00a0the new structure is suitable for EU and non-EU investors, both natural and legal entities (incl. non-financial legal entities).<\/p>\n<p>After the roll-out,\u00a0the loan agreements shall be concluded between the borrower and Bondora, and Bondora will immediately assign the claim deriving from the loan agreement to the investors\u00a0through a broker entity. Thus, instead of a loan offer, Investors will sign the brokerage, servicing and assignment agreements.\u00a0<strong>The change to the legal structure does not affect\u00a0the process\u00a0for the investors, meaning that investments\/bid shall be still made in the same order and manner, and Bondora will continue servicing the loans.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We are also adopting the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.goandgrow.eu\/en\/terms\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Terms of Use <\/a>to the new legal structure and changes to the debt recovery process (please read <a href=\"https:\/\/www.goandgrow.eu\/blog\/legal-structure-what-are-we-changing\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">&#8220;Legal structure: What are we changing?&#8221;<\/a>\u00a0blog post for the details on the changes to the debt recovery process).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are happy to announce that today at midnight\u00a0we will roll-out the new bankruptcy-remote legal structure.
