These countries are currently our priority: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, Denmark, the Netherlands, and Sweden.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/investor.wptest.goandgrow.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2023\/12\/regional-manager-text-1.png\" alt=\"We\u2019re Looking for Our First-ever Regional Manager\" class=\"wp-image-176736\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-you-ll-do-as-our-regional-manager\">What you&#8217;ll do as our Regional Manager<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Achieve strategic goals to increase country-level net profitability<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organize daily cooperation between Marketing-Risk-Product teams<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure teams\u2019 focus is on improving the markets\u2019 performance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Improve country-specific product offerings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate deal and contract negotiations on Bondora\u2019s behalf with all third parties offering services for the country we are operating in<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Compile long-term plans and financials for the country market(s)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be the main spokesperson to represent Bondora in the country<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-essential-skills-for-success-as-our-regional-manager\">Essential skills for success as our Regional Manager<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>At least 3 years of demonstrated experience successfully leading a specific region or product line within the credit field in one of the mentioned markets<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative, high-performance organizational culture<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency&nbsp;in tracking Profit and Loss (PnL) statements and&nbsp;compiling&nbsp;accurate&nbsp;financial forecasts and plans<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Feeling confident working in a fast-paced, quantitative, and goal-oriented environment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fluency in English.
