{"id":1503,"date":"2015-04-28T10:57:11","date_gmt":"2015-04-28T07:57:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bondora.com\/blog\/?p=1503"},"modified":"2015-04-28T10:57:11","modified_gmt":"2015-04-28T07:57:11","slug":"recovery-statistics-updates","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/goandgrow.eu\/en\/blog\/recovery-statistics-updates\/","title":{"rendered":"Platform Update: Recovery statistics and process tracking"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1505 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.goandgrow.eu\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/Bondora-My-Investments-pie-chart.png\" alt=\"Bondora My Investments pie chart\" width=\"375\" height=\"421\" align=\"right\" \/>Last week we removed the Repaid amount from My investments Statistics section\u00a0and changed the pie chart to show only your current portfolio proportions instead of all of your historical investments.<\/p>\n<p>With our next release the pie chart will also be updated to use the same colors for the statuses as we have used in other views.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>Improved loan schedules<\/h3>\n<p>Last week we also improved the way the loan schedules are shown to our investors and borrowers by splitting up the actual payments made or past due and scheduled future payments.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1517 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.goandgrow.eu\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/New-loan-schedule-at-Bondora-e1430133604386.png\" alt=\"New loan schedule at Bondora\" width=\"800\" height=\"539\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Your portfolio recovery statistics<\/h2>\n<p>Currently\u00a0we&#8217;re working again with reporting and statistics.\u00a0Many of our investors have asked for a better overview of the collection process so we have set out\u00a0to give you an easy way to find out how the recovery process is advancing with the problematic loans in your portfolio.<\/p>\n<p>As a result, we will be adding a new Recovery statistics section that will give you an at-a-glance overview of which phase your problematic loans are currently in.<\/p>\n<p>We first have to make the recovery events more standardized and have come up with 5 stages of recovery that will be shown to investors:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Stage 1 &#8211; Loan defaulted, recovery process started.<\/li>\n<li>Stage 2 &#8211; Court case filed.<\/li>\n<li>Stage 3 &#8211; Decision received, proceeding accordingly.<\/li>\n<li>Stage 4 &#8211; Passed to the bailiff\/recollection.<\/li>\n<li>Stage 5 &#8211; Closed. Recovery ended according to court decision. Debt paid or recovery not successful.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The recovery statistics section in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.goandgrow.eu\/en\/statistics\/index\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">My investments Statistics\u00a0page<\/a>\u00a0will give you a quick overview of how many investments you have, how much outstanding principal, accrued interest and late charges are outstanding in each stage of the recovery process.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1509 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.goandgrow.eu\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/Bondora-Recovery-Statistics-e1430131449826.png\" alt=\"Bondora Recovery Statistics\" width=\"100%\" \/><\/p>\n<p>For more detailed view, you can click on any of the Stages and it will open up the My investments page with all the investments that are in this recovery stage as seen in the image below.<\/p>\n<p>There will be new search filters available to search for all of your investments in a certain recovery stage.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1511\" src=\"https:\/\/www.goandgrow.eu\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/My-investments-recovery-stages-e1430133261781.png\" alt=\"Recovery stages for your investments at Bondora\" width=\"100%\" \/><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1529 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.goandgrow.eu\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/collection-process-status.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"40%\" align=\"right\" \/><\/p>\n<h4>Specific investment details<\/h4>\n<p>The stages will be visible from \u00a0the investment details page as well with details about the current stage, the date of when last event happened and how many days ago that was.<\/p>\n<p>For improved usability we also decided to make the collection process box scrollable to save space and make it easier to navigate to loan schedule in cases where a certain loan\u00a0has collected a lot of events and messages\u00a0over the years.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Last week we removed the Repaid amount from My investments Statistics section\u00a0and changed the pie chart to show only your current portfolio proportions instead of all of your historical investments.
